Hosted my daughter’s 8th Birthday party here. It was a pizza-making party for 24 children. Daniele was very accommodating from start to finish. He communicated well prior to the party and told us what we needed to know. The venue has a space at the back which is very roomy and my daughter and her friends had a lovely memorable day. Thank you Franco Manca Bishop’s Stortford, I would definitely recommend this spot for hosting parties.
Pizza here is dependable and at a great price point. The meat special was delicious as was the truffle mushroom one too. The interior is nice and the service was incredibly warm and friendly. The cacio e pepe dip was a bit sickly for my taste so will pass on that next time.
I decided to try Franco Manca out after a good friend had recommended it. Finding good gluten free pizza is not easy, and when you do it's often not great. I was so surprised by this venue, the staff where welcoming and friendly (special mention of Isabella, she was lovely), and the food was great, including the dessert! All said and done, it was a very reasonably priced evening meal in a great atmosphere with wonderful food - thank you.

Apart from serving healthy pizza with their sourdough and organic ingredients, the pizza's are actually very good and delicious, and pizza #3 oh my god, the tastiest pizza I've had in my life, so delicious..!
What an amazing experience, wonderful atmosphere, phenomenal food, probably the best tasting pizza I’ve ever had. Isabella and the rest of the staff were amazing. I honestly couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
